Here are a few things to check when students are reporting that they are not able to access their feedback in Turnitin:
- Make sure that they know how to access their feedback. They need to go the Turnitin assignment in Moodle and click on the title of their submission.
- Make sure that the post date has not been set in the future. Ensure that the post date for the Turnitin assignment has been set to the date that you wish your students to view their marks and feedback or an earlier date.
- Make sure that their browser is not blocking third-party cookies. You can send them these instructions on how to solve the issue.
