Your Zoom account at Brookes comes with certain settings and Zoom provides toggle icons on the right of each setting to indicate the state of the setting (i.e. enabled or disabled) and what control you have over it (i.e. can you enable or disable the setting).
Blue toggle: means that the Zoom setting is enabled and you can disable it if you wish. To disable it click on the toggle so that it turns grey.
Greyed out blue toggle: means that the Zoom setting is enabled and you can’t disable it.
Grey toggle: means that the Zoom setting is disabled and you can enable it if you need it. To enable it click on the toggle so that it turns blue.
Greyed out grey toggle: means that the Zoom setting is disabled and you can’t enable it.
