How do I access Moodle on my phone?

Moodle has been developed to be mobile-friendly on devices using a browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, which means that it resizes appropriately and adapts to different screen sizes. Therefore, Moodle 4 works well on mobile when using a browser on iOS or Android.

  1. Access the ‘My Courses’ screen and other resources.
  2. Toggle Edit Mode on or off.
  3. Collapse/expand each course section individually.
  4. Collapse/expand all course sections at once.
  5. Open and close the course index.
  6. Open and close the block drawer

A note about the Moodle mobile app: The Moodle mobile app that is available on the App Store and Google Play Store is not currently compatible with our Moodle, therefore you should visit moodle.brookes.ac.uk via a mobile browser on Android and iOS to use Moodle.
