How do I upload a file to Google Drive and share?

To upload a file to Google Drive:

  1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com and log in with your Brookes account.
  2. At the top left, click New and then File Upload.
  3. Choose the file you want to upload.

To share the link with others:

  1. Once it’s uploaded, right click on the file and choose Get shareable link.
  2. Toggle link sharing on (the toggle should become green).
  3. The link has been copied in your clipboard.
